breads, Whole Wheat Irish Soda Bread and Traditional Soda Bread with
Raisins. These recipes have been
literally handed down from generation to
generation in the Roddy family. We have faithfully followed the
closely-held secret recipes in order to bring you the absolute best that
Ireland has to offer. If you have visited the Emerald Isle and
tasted the bread there, you are sure to recognize the aroma and
flavor of this sumptuous bread.
It was in the Spring of 2007 that the
idea was born to offer Granny Roddy’s Irish bread. Granny Ann was
having tea and Irish Bread with her four daughters when she said,
“Isn’t it too bad that not everyone can enjoy this bread?”
The
rest is history....
