Q: How healthy are these breads?
A: Our breads are very healthy and good for you!  There is no salt or yeast; they are low in sugar, contain only natural ingredients and have no artificial preservatives or transfats.
   
Q: I am on a low cholesterol diet; may I use an egg substitute like Eggbeaters.
A: Yes - follow the directions on the egg substitute.
   
Q: May I make the bread using soy milk instead of regular milk?
A: Yes - use the same measurement called for in the recipe on the package.
   
Q: Can I use a glass baking dish?
A: Yes - for a softer texture, use a lid.
   
Q: What should the consistency of the batter be?
A: The batter should be thick and lumpy.
   
Q: Can I substitute other ingredients instead of raisins?
A: Yes - you may substitute caraway seeds (one to two teaspoons), dried fruits or nuts like cranberries and walnuts or pecans.
   
Q: Do you ship to overseas addresses?
A: No, not at this time.
   
Q: What is the shelf life of these mixes?
A: We recommend using the mixes within 3 to 6 months.
   
Q: What are the directions for baking at high altitudes?
A: Our breads came out perfectly when baked per the instructions on the packages in Colorado at 1 mile elevation.

A: Only 2-3 minutes to prepare and 28-35 minutes to bake.  It is that quick and easy.
